Exchange Policy

Exchange and Return Rules Customers can exchange or return items purchased online exclusively through our online platform.

Items exchange/return is applicable only if the original receipt is present and the items have the original label attached while still being in a good condition.

Exchange period is up to 14 days from purchase date. Which items can be exchanged/returned?

In general, our products can be exchanged or returned only if the original label is still attached and the original receipt is present. The exceptions below apply:

- Panties and bra accessories cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.- The following products can be exchanged or returned only if they are still sealed in the original package: Shapewear, Seamless and Women Tights.

- Swimwear bottoms can be exchanged or returned only if the protective hygiene sticker is still on the product and if the original label is still attached.
